The present study aimed to analyze how organizational socialization contributes to knowledge management at Mutualser EPS, highlighting its strategic role in the sustainability and innovation of the health sector. Using a quantitative approach, Taormina’s (1994) socialization model was applied, expanded with the dimension of socialization spaces, and factor analyses with Varimax rotation were performed on a sample of 444 employees. The results showed six main components: assisted training based on understanding, collaborative empathy, gender bonding, socialization spaces, career expectation, and gender symmetry by knowledge. The study’s conclusions indicate that strong organizational socialization, focused on training, collaborative interaction, and equity, strengthens knowledge management, fosters innovation, and promotes a resilient and inclusive organizational culture, offering a replicable model for other institutions in the health sector facing complex and dynamic contexts.
