Inercia cognitiva y desempeño laboral en el sector PYMES: una revisión sistemática

Este estudio se propuso revisar de manera sistemática cómo la inercia cognitiva afecta el desempeño en PYMES. Para ello, se utilizó la guía PRISMA como marco metodológico y se realizaron búsquedas en bases de datos como Web of Science y Scopus. Tras aplicar los filtros establecidos, se seleccionaron sesenta artículos que ofrecieron un panorama amplio de la literatura existente. El examen de los documentos permitió identificar cuatro dimensiones clave: la resistencia al cambio, los factores psicológicos y cognitivos de los trabajadores, el papel de los entornos físicos y tecnológicos, y la influencia de la cultura organizacional junto con los estilos de liderazgo. Estas categorías evidencian que la inercia cognitiva no es un fenómeno aislado, sino que atraviesa tanto a los individuos como a las instituciones, actuando como una limitación frente a la adaptación.
