Verificación del cumplimiento de las normas de tránsito por parte de los conductores de transporte público urbano en la ciudad de Cartagena, Colombia

Abstract

This research is focused on the efficiency of the law. It analyses the conduct of the citizens with respect to the compliance of specific norms (specially the public transportation drivers in Cartagena).

This research gauges the public drivers’ compliance of the traffic norms in light of the three-dimensionality of the law, and at the same time we perform an evaluation of the citizens’ perception of the law’s institutional structure with the ultimate academic goal of contributing to increase the compliance to the law in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.
