Resumen

El objetivo de esta investigación es formular un modelo de liderazgo desde las teorías organizacionales. Para ello se realizó una revisión de
la literatura y se procesaron 35 artículos y 20 libros a través del software Atlas Ti. Como resultado se logró identificar que los elementos que intervienen dentro del proceso de liderazgo son el ambiente, la situación específica, el líder, la organización, los seguidores, la estrategia, los resultados, el cliente y la comunidad y la comunicación, los cuales fueron fuente de información para la formulación del modelo en el que interactúan todos los elementos. La investigación permite concluir que el ejercicio del liderazgo no es una labor exclusiva del líder, sino que también intervienen una serie de dimensiones que permiten garantizar que se visualice el liderazgo como un todo, desde las características del ambiente hasta la influencia que se tiene sobre los clientes y la comunidad.
