Producción científica del docente investigador de las universidades públicas del departamento de la guajira

This research Objective was oriented to analyzed the researcher teacher´s scientific production academic impact in the state universities in La Guajira, state. The variables were supported on the Azuaje (2012), Balza (2012), Cabrera (2010), Fleires (2013), Jiménez (2013), Mogollón (2009), Moreno (2008), literature review among others. In terms of methodology the positive quantitative conception was contextualized and the analytic typology had a non experimental- transectional and field desing. Out of the two populations analyzed one consisted of 237 teachers and 64 deans from different academic programs who work for the University state in La Guajira state and the UNAD (National learning and open distance University) A 45 question questionnaire with five options to answer was designed as a data collection technique. The expert´s judgment technique was used to check its validity and the Alpha de Cronbach coeficient was used to check its reliability reaching a value of 0.85 which means a high level of reliability. Also, it was used the descriptive statistic method to conclude that the teachers at the Universities in La Guajira State use the epistemologic concepts in their research practices and the mastery of the functions which complement their practice within this function and the linking components to the scientific production which means an added value to the scientific exercise which in good educational products for both the students and the teachers
