Analysis of the impact of information and communication technologies on small and medium-sized companies in Cartagena

Now a days, it is very often the use of Tics in every society aspect such as the social, the economic, professional and others. Tics have an important use in enterprises regardless their size. From the aspects related to infrastructure, human resource and investments needs this paper analyzes the impact of tics on (Mipymes) large and small enterprises in Cartagena city. The methodological research approach was to explore and describe the MiPymes in Cartagena city to demonstrate how structure is the sample to ramdomly get information based on a mixed design. The literature review and surveys were the information collection techniques. To formulate strategies and programs towards the strengthening the enterprises needs and weaks the results allowed to know what Pymes are like in relation to TIC and the diagnosed aspects.
