A motivação de voluntários
Um aplicativo para o inventário de funções no caso da Colômbia

Esse artigo, baseado em “O inventário de funções do Voluntariado –IFV-”, determina quais são as variáveis que motivam os voluntários na Colômbia para desenvolver as atividades relacionadas com o voluntariado. Foram consideradas seis dimensões (valores, carreira, social, compreensão, proteção e aperfeiçoamento). A análise dos resultados mostra que os voluntários na Colômbia são motivados principalmente porque podem trabalhar por uma causa que é importante para eles e porque podem ajudar os menos afortunados; variáveis que pertencem à dimensão de valores.
