In this case there proposes a model of social management from the following variables: managerial structure, planeacion and fixation (fixing) of strategies, technology applied, evaluation of the performance (discharge), managerial change, managerial Image, managing of conflicts, communicative actions (Shares), dynamics of the managerial system, which were demonstrated in the participative process that I develop on the mobile markets of the city of Cali
