10 management skills. Which ones?. What for?. How?.

Abstract

We present the results of an investigation conducted by the author to identify what they think are the ten key management skills, used for the preparation of a diploma program in this area. We analyze the areas of performance management and key skills needed in each, the logic of the skill system is proposed, why and wherefore of every one of them, as well as the specifics of the “change management” as skills. Finally, we present approaches and experiences on teaching skills.
