Social right comparative analysis to operate the social business responsibility models in afro-desendants´communities territories. - Case study in Cartagena de Indias city

Abstract

This paper will feed the readers about the social right in the colombian caribbean zone aimed at analyzing the RSE models used by the companies with great investments budgets in Cartagena city which before starting any search process to take advantage of the natural resources in their territories had to ask for the social rights shared in previous searches. (agreements 169 de 1989 de la Organización internacional del trabajo -OIT- y la Ley 21 de 1991) to guarantee the afrodescendent´s minorities participation for their ethnic and cultural protection. The analysis has to do with this population most important social business, the fullfilment of the community gestion through previous pools and the company view as value creator. Also, the theories set in RSE and the latin American contexts are based on the survey approach used by the companies for this study. Due to the state abandonment and the RSE model developed by the companies in this study and the approach as a very used model by the Latin American energy mining companies and its application from the analyzed companies view have overcome the legal aspects enshrined in the agreements and are in line with RSE in each of them have as results to highlight The true fact that these communities have found a solution in the agreements of previous consultation to their unsatisfied basic needs.
