This document summarizes the research results: Planning and Organization as Strategies for Success in Cartagena MSMEs, by the author and a group of students in the second semester of Public Accounting during the second quarter of 2009 in Cartagena Bolivar.
The work was developed with the goal of establishing if the MSMEs located in Cartagena in the commercial and service sector, are implementing planning and organization as administrative functions in accounting, administrative and financial matters.
