Hereby, we present a paper of scientific critique that deals with those relevant aspects that threaten the goal
of every single scientific journal, that is, the objective of communicating to the interested reader the results
of the research performed by people or groups that are committed to generating scientific knowledge. This
is not a thorough analysis, but of one that coherently selects those factors that stand out the most, based on
observation, analysis, synthesis, and opinions of the experts as essential methods used by the author in order
to expose in a rational manner the problems that affect, in a meaningful way, authors and scientific journals.
