Corporate social responsibility and sustainability, enabling criteria in projects management

The article seeks to propose high-level criteria, called enabling, for taking decisions regarding the use of different existing methodologies, methods and standards for project management. To do this, an exploratory, descriptive and purposeful research was addressed, using the technique of document review. Based on it, 32 technical criteria are established, derived from ten factors that are part of three categories. It is concluded that the enabling criteria for decision-making must be corporate social responsibility and sustainability, trends that combine the satisfaction of the interests of external and internal stakeholders, about a guide is suggested for validation in project management. It is recommended as future research lines, the empirical testing of the proposal and incorporating practices of corporate social responsibility and sustainability in project management.
