How Cartagena's society was formed since the 1980s

Amidst rapid changes in the global, national and local levels, the city of Cartagena is beginning to acquire the characteristics of an emerging city, new technology and its appropriation, the expressions that emerge from everyday life, cultural identity and invasion of Globalization are reflected in this document which seeks to address the everyday environment amid a flickering environment. The 80’s have confirmed the milestone they set and its impact in the world and in Cartagena, How was it developed? What were the preferred places to hang out? what where the trends? And what were the young people doing in the everyday life and during the stress of the cold war? These are some of the moments that are described from the author’s perspective.
