Emotional salary and its effects on work productivity: an analysis from the point of emotional and psychological well-being

Emotional salary has emerged as a key strategy to enhance employee well-being and productivity. This article analyzes the positive effects of emotional salary on motivation, emotional well-being, creativity, talent retention, and workplace relationships. Non-monetary benefits, such as recognition, flexible working hours, and a good work environment, are directly related to higher job satisfaction, lower stress, and increased employee efficiency. It is concluded that implementing emotional salary strategies significantly improves performance and retention within organizations.
