Abstract

The reality of the modern world shows us a clear tendency toward the international phenomena whose maximum expression would be the next appearance of a completely integrated and interdependent global village. However, it is distant the days in that you can make sure that the world is formed by a single economic, political, social, cultural and artificial group of entities or that all our actions, ideas or behaviors define a life framed in a global single outline. So as tendency one can observe that day by day international events that deepen are happened more and more or they resist the development of the internationalization. In such a case, the true nature of the international businesses decreases to the field of the professions and therefore to the practical life or if it is possible to find them an area to discipline that it allows them to explain and to act inside the globalization with an own look. Shows up a general analysis of the superior education in the city of Barranquilla in a political international scenario, considering the challenges that as much the State as the universities, corporations, educational institutions face before international phenomena, giving some reflections to take advantage and to face consequences of the internationalization in the education institutions, the cooperation and integration among academic entities, with the purpose of making an approach to the projections of political public in front of the internationalization of the superior education
