Scope
Dictamen Libre is a semi-annual scientific journal, open access and published under the editorial seal of the Universidad Libre Seccional Barranquilla, which is aimed at professionals in the Economic, Administrative and Accounting Sciences and for those researchers interested in administrative and financial foundations. , environmental and technological management, public and educational management in administrative, economic and accounting knowledge.
The Journal is indexed in the National Publindex database, in category C, in addition to international databases and uses the OJS (Open Journal Systems) platform for the publication of its articles. Its publication is biannual: an annual volume with two issues, being published in print and digitally in June and December, with printed ISSN 0124-0099 and online ISSN: 2619-4244.
Goals:
- Offer a scientific journal with high quality standards and in a universal language, giving users the possibility of exchanging their knowledge, opinions and research results that contribute to the development of Economic, Administrative and Accounting Sciences.
- Promote the creation of an academic community through the qualified flow of scientific and technological information.
- Promote the dissemination and dissemination of research results, with an impact on the development of Economic, Administrative and Accounting Sciences, for the benefit of society.
- Expand its portfolio for resource management and the provision of services to similar means of dissemination and dissemination of scientific knowledge.
Frequency
The magazine Dictamen Libre publishes its articles in English and/or Spanish every six months in the months of June and December. Semiannual calls are made for the reception and submission of articles.
Sections
Editorial. They may have scientific or opinion content. Scientific editorials represent a rigorous update or an interesting clarification on a certain scientific topic. Opinion editorials are those that collect points of view or social and behavioral positions of the scientific community on a topic of common interest to researchers and professionals in the Economic, Administrative and Accounting Sciences.
The editorials will be made at the request of the Editorial Committee of the magazine Dictamen Libre, always using the authors with the most experience in the aspects to be discussed. They will have a maximum extension of 3 pages.
Article of scientific and technological research. Document that presents, in detail, the progress and original results of research projects. The structure of the article must have the following sections: Introduction, Summary, key words, abstract, Key words, methodology, results, discussion, conclusions, bibliographical references (only bibliography cited in the text is included).
Reflection article. Document that presents results of completed research from an analytical, interpretive or critical perspective of the author, on a specific topic, resorting to original sources.
Review article. Document resulting from a completed investigation where the results of published research are analyzed, systematized and integrated, on the journal's own knowledge, in order to account for the advances and trends in Economic, Administrative and Accounting Sciences.
Letters from the editor. This section opens the possibility for readers to have a space where they can make brief comments in agreement or disagreement with aspects contained in the published works and that may be related to interpretations, concepts, methodologies, results, etc., on articles published in the Journal Free Opinion.
