Factores que influyen en la intención de abandonar la empresa en época de crisis

Resumen

Este estudio analiza la influencia de los factores push, pull y mooring en la intención de abandono laboral en una empresa de seguridad privada en Cali durante la crisis social y sanitaria de 2021. A partir de un estudio de caso con enfoque cuantitativo, sustentado en un diseño no experimental de corte transversal, se aplicó una encuesta a 289 empleados. Los resultados evidencian que el horario laboral, la tensión interpersonal, el conflicto entre la vida personal y el trabajo, así como la ausencia de oportunidades de desarrollo profesional, constituyen los principales factores push asociados a la intención de desvinculación de los trabajadores del caso estudiado. En contraste, factores pull, como el ajuste comunitario y la creatividad, favorecen la permanencia de los empleados de la organización. Asimismo, la percepción de crisis modera de manera significativa estas interacciones, evidenciando cómo los contextos de incertidumbre reconfiguran los mecanismos de rotación. Estos hallazgos fortalecen la comprensión teórica del modelo push–pull–mooring en escenarios de alta inestabilidad y ofrecen orientaciones prácticas para diseñar estrategias de retención más sensibles a las condiciones psicosociales y organizacionales.
