Abstract

The development of this work aims to establish a learning proposal based on a competency-based approach to complement the subject programs related to Philosophy of Law, in the various curricula that are taught in legal and social science schools in Latin America. The scheme that will be developed will be as follows: after detailing an introduction, the justification and the objectives of the proposed academic alternative will be addressed; in the same way, the theoretical and practical location of the Philosophy of Law in the academy; the substantial the ópicos that a student of new entrance requires like minimum to obtain a significant learning in the cognitive and procedimental area of the Philosophy of the Right; various teaching strategies will be proposed, all based on cooperative work; the importance of the use of new technologies; and finally, the conclusions.
