During the second semester of 2007, I presented to classes at TECNAR and Universidad Libre regarding the experience in the United States with clinical legal education. In addition to personal experience, my remarks were founded primarily upon an article by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. And Steven P. Solow, Environmental Litigation as Clinical Education: A Case Study, 1993 J. Envtl. L & Lit. 319.
