Influencia del pensamiento de rawls en la jurisprudencia de la Corte Constitucional colombiana

Abstract

The current article will consider the main elements of John Rawls’ thought that have been used as parameters for ethical and political analysis in the cases of the Colombian Constitutional Court during its twenty years of existence. The importance of this topic arises from the fact that, by having the Court as the main guard of constitutional supremacy, its decisions have such authority to other state actors that they use as interpretative guidelines its reasoning and, consequently, the ideas of the authors that it employs.
