Abstract

The importance of the worker within a company goes beyond the productive part and the business development indicators; a real and important value must be given to the workers as a person, where the personal and cultural factors that influence individual development are taken into account; This is why the challenge of the companies and mainly of those responsible for safety and health at work are framed in the influence that has to favor the welfare and health of all workers, thus achieving that in the timeline is reflected in the worker that importance given based on the individual, group, cultural and diversity perspective. Consequently, it is important to mention that within this commitment, emphasis should be placed on the intervention of the groups at greatest risk, taking into account their epidemiological characteristics, regardless of the work activity of the company.
