Inventory Management Model: Cyclical Count by ABC Analysis

Abstract

This paper address the issue of putting into practice physical inventory methods for businesses and the way it must be done so that it generates the least impact the operation of the different areas of the business such as production or commercial departments. The choice of items to be inventoried must be framed in categorizing them using tools such as Pareto analysis and ABC classifi cation to set the right amount that have to be checked on a daily basis
