The objective of this publication is to design a software for the management of the SDG 2030 adapted to the context and reality of the Municipalities and that is useful for the Presidents or Municipal Mayors of Latin America, who have the responsibility of executing the 17 Goals with its 169 goals and 232 indicators suggested by the UN, to focus resources towards a better world by 2030. For this, the effort was focused on the Municipal Presidency of Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico, who participated very actively with 9 sessions of group with citizens and municipal authorities of the Municipality, to define the functional requirements and suggestions of how the system should be for its understanding and ease of execution with Municipality personnel. As a final result after two years of qualitative research, consultation of secondary information sources, software engineering and under the framework of the Hoshin Kanri methodology, the OpenSource software was developed under the name of odssystem (http: // odssystem. org /), to contribute to the execution of the Strategic Plan for Municipal Development 2018-2021
