Abstract

This research is focused on understanding the importance of the elements of sharing the knowledge for each one of the members that integrate a team work which belongs to an organization that offers educative services in Bogotá City. For this study, a semi structured interview was applied with open questions. The design of the research is qualitative and the method used is the symbolic interactionism. From a referential theoretical framework arise the following categories of analysis: actions to distribute information and knowledge inside the team and the elements that each one of the members of the team must take into account to interpret the information and the knowledge. For the result analysis, it was taken into account the methodological proposal from the Grounded Theory. The results show that the emergent categories such as the team structure, the development of the team work, the ways to share knowledge and the kind of sharing knowledge are important to understand the sharing knowledge process inside the work team.
