The efficient management of human capital generates that companies can achieve a fundamental attribute to maintain and improve their competitive position. Today organizations operate in an environment of uncertainty, constraints, problems, threats and difficulties of all kinds, which for Mexico are emphasized, inflation, recession and unemployment. This paper presents a theoretical approach that analyzes the management of human resources (HR) in organizations aligned to the strategy of the management of the organization, in this case the hotel sector of the city of Morelia. The tool consisted of a questionnaire covering the most important policies of an organization being the selection of personnel, policy stability in Employment, Training Policy, Policy participation and remuneration policy. Within the most outstanding shows that organizations do not consider important to their workers because in cases of crisis they can easily dispense with his services.
