This article will feed the readers about a case a study in the security classic perspective whose objective was to determine to what extent the post Gaddafi crisis in Libya increased the migration dynamics, the humanitarian, refugees and security problems since the end of 2011 to 2016 in North Africa and Europe. Due to the lack of local authority, the country fragmentation and the strengthening social tribes aspects which prevent the government from reorganizing and exercising a more effective and stronger supervision in the country borders as well as in the migration populations
