Business Analysis System of Condominiums Horizontal Real Estate Sector in Cartagena

This research paper presents the results obtained in the evaluation of the supply of administrative services for condominiums in the city of Cartagena, in order to identify weaknesses and strengths of the real estate sector. The methodology used in the study included descriptive analysis and correlation of data, through the application of advanced tools and techniques of descriptive and inferential statistics and application of instrument and onsite interviews for data collection. The results show the importance of management in administrative services related to equipment maintenance and common areas, portfolio management, control and security costs for condos under study. Finally, we conclude that the most important services to the condos are represented in the maintenance (44%) and security (30%).
