State approach to training in entrepreneurship in tertiary institutions in Bogota, D.C.

The importance of entrepreneurship for a society or a nation is unquestionable today. It makes that entrepreneurship training is considered particularly relevant, not only in order to improve human beings capabilities in the current world-wide environment, but also to broaden the perspective and approaches to teach the entrepreneurship in the searching of alternative ways that comes from what is happening on the stage of the educational process into this issue. From an inquirement requested among several institutions of higher and tertiary education / Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES), spread onto four features or factors which some experts have grasped such as the basis to defi ne and analyze the standpoint of developing a training course in entrepreneurship faced up with a complex, multidimensional perspective and nonlinear phases of the entrepreneurial process. Then has been found signifi cant trends or approaches to education in entrepreneurship in terms of a high heterogeneity at each stage, the topic-based focusing approaches according to three types of academic settings and two groups of methodological strategies have been implemented.
