The article aims to build a little relationship is explored and suggested by triangulation between Law – Space - Society. e basic hypothesis can be presented as follows: On one hand, these relationships are not causal or exteriority but are relations of immanence and presentiality simultaneously, and on the other hand, the essential elements of this relationship act as active components in the configuration of space and law of the society. Finally, these “variables” should be understood as part of a process of historical constitution of society. is article concludes that the development and organization of spaceas the historical separation between town and country are the result of the forms oftransformation of property relations (legalization of the social relations of production) and changes in work processes of various societies.
