Abstract

pesticides have been causing a number of health effects of people and especially workers who are now working with such substances, long-term contact can cause chronic diseases rise to the level of some organs and systems.

Objective: To review the currently available literature on this subject.

Methodology: I will performed by searching for articles published in scientific journals since 2005, especially those that refer to damage to the nervous system and the study population is farmworkers work is done on agricultural plants or production of pesticides, were investigated about the methods used for the diagnosis and type of symptoms found.

Results: The main objective of professionals dedicated to the research of health damage is not only the symptoms but seek to establish policies, programs to help with the prevention of diseases especially those derived from work.

Conclusion: All scientific research to assist the early diagnosis of work-related illnesses, as well as promotes the implementation of preventive measures will help improve the quality of life of the worker.
