Abstract

In this research paper is evaluated the performance of university teachers using the non-parametric technique of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) for which it is took a sample of 405 units teacher-course of faculty of engineering at a university in the different levels student training: basic sciences, basic sciences of engineering, applied engineering, additional training and research training. Data for the study were supplied by the Vicerectory of teaching for the academic period 2013-2, using the average of the ratings assigned by the students of each of the twenty-six (26) components of teacher evaluation. Eleven (11) units teacher-course evaluated proved efficient which represents 2.72%.
