Abstract

The study aimed to examine the impact of strategic planning on the assessment of a development cooperation program, with a focus on innovation as a key factor in achieving institutional objectives. The research analyzed three projects within the program to assess their impact on university processes management. From a qualitative research perspective, this study employed a case study approach, utilizing methods such as analysis and synthesis and historical-logical, as well as documental analysis and word clouds as a graphic representation and description of frequently occurring content. The study aimed to propose a system of indicators for assessing the impact of development cooperation projects. Several shortcomings were identified in the university innovation management system, such as the low involvement of external stakeholders in the university postgraduate program, the claustrum keeps traditional practices of knowledge dissemination through scientific publications and presentation of research results in scientific events, as well as the development of technologies with a push approach.
