Abstract

This essay aims to show how the so-called crisis of the sources of law can be turned into an opportunity to have more just and more social laws, and how principles can be one of these instruments that contribute to a better society, since they encompass human conduct within economic phenomena. Principles, as means or instruments of universal harmonization of international behavior, must be the generators of a suprana-tional normalization which should be, at this level, what advocates for the resolution of conflicts at that scale. Principles are here understood to be the point of departure for the regulation of human or social behaviors.
