Application of Prospective Techniques

There are several forms to face the future, one is assuming of dogmatic way the accomplishment of the events, that is to say, that the things are going away to give by the destiny (fatalism), and another one is anticipating the variables of the future and anticipating us to the occurrences of the same. This paper proposes the application of strategic management techniques in a case that allows the use of prospective tools MIC-MAC broadcast on specialized community. This will determine the most important variables that infl uence organizational behavior and to study the relationships between these variables that infl uence the organization (Motor and Dependence). The technique requires that a diagnosis is made internal and external elements of the organization to locate possible scenarios and the actual mood of it.
