Abstract

Higher education has been one of the sectors mostly influenced by the Information Technology and Telecommunications - ICT ; is for this reason that such technologies supported in this sector promotes constantly updating their teaching processes. This paper presents the analysis of significant experiences in institutions of Higher Education -IES - at national and international level with the use of Web 2.0 in learning processes, to develop an educational strategy based on the use of these technologies according to needs identified in the academic community of the Popular University of Cesar- UPC. After analyzing the most successful experiences in different contexts, you proceeded with the design and implementation of a content portal for learning support of Microsoft technologies most used by the community, which provides access to scholarly articles, technical assistance, RCS version control systems evaluation and statistical analysis.
