Identifying the benefits of collaboration is still a big challenge for many supply chains, including those related to the express messaging sector. In this research, collaborative performance measurement to express messaging supply chain will act as a testing tool to identify conducive environment to collaborate. We use real data from a Enterprise of this sector, serve to carry out a Monte Carlo simulation to help decision-making for the management of the collaborative chain simulation to help managerial decision-making determining the relationship between the number of collaborating partners and the percentage of market capitalization in distribution costs, operating profits, and the degree of collaborators involvement in supply chain processes. This approach will help the postal express supply chains to obtain maximum benefit of collaborative relationships, which can be used by companies dedicated to the service and distribution of express messaging that are interested in the collaboration.
