Inovação, sustentabilidade e liderança em tempos de crise: estratégias integradas para a resiliência organizacional

Resumo

Esta revisão sistemática examina como a adoção de tecnologias emergentes, a implementação de práticas sustentáveis e a liderança transformacional se articulam para fortalecer a resiliência organizacional em contextos de alta incerteza. O objetivo foi identificar abordagens integradas que permitam enfrentar crises com eficácia, alinhadas com o Objetivo de Desenvolvimento Sustentável 9. A metodologia foi desenvolvida sob as diretrizes PRISMA 2020, aplicando critérios de inclusão e exclusão sobre literatura acadêmica publicada entre 2020 e 2025 em bancos de dados como Scopus, Web of Science e ScienceDirect. Foram selecionados cinquenta estudos que abordavam as dimensões de liderança, sustentabilidade e inovação digital em ambientes organizacionais complexos. Os resultados mostram que a integração de metodologias ágeis com processos de transformação digital favorece uma resposta rápida e criativa, enquanto estratégias sustentáveis fortalecem a continuidade operacional. A liderança transformacional impulsiona a coesão e a inovação. Conclui-se que uma abordagem sistêmica que combine tecnologia, sustentabilidade e liderança é fundamental para potencializar a adaptabilidade organizacional, reduzir riscos e promover uma gestão responsável centrada no desenvolvimento equilibrado das organizações.
