La importancia del liderazgo servicial como generador de cambio cultural en las organizaciones

En este artículo se realiza una interpretación de diversos autores y estudios que tratan sobre el liderazgo servicial y su importancia en la cultura y desarrollo de estrategias organizacionales, mediante un estudio detallado, selectivo y crítico a través de una búsqueda evolutiva y actualizada en bases de datos. Los estudios sobre el líder servicial han aumentado, la mayoría son recientes, reconociendo que es un tema relevante. El líder servicial genera impactos positivos en la organización, mejora el clima organizacional y el rendimiento individual. Adicionalmente, contribuye a disminuir la rotación de personal. También genera un ambiente propicio para la innovación, la productividad, la competitividad y la rentabilidad en las organizaciones.
