The importance of Servant Leadership as a generator of cultural change in organizations

In this article an interpretation of various authors and studies that deal with servant leadership and its importance in the culture and development of organizational strategies, through a detailed, selective and critical study through an evolutionary and updated search in databases. Studies on the servant leader have increased, most of them are recent,
recognizing that it is a relevant topic. The helpful leader generates positive impacts in the organization, improves the organizational climate and individual performance. Additionally, it helps to reduce staff turnover. It also generates an environment conducive to innovation, productivity, competitiveness and profitability in organizations.
