Abstract

In the 2019-2 edition, the Free Opinion Magazine shows the construction of new realities that contribute to organizational changes in various areas, a clear example of the aforementioned is shown in the research article: Theory of superior job happiness for entrepreneurs and executive directors of Latin America, in which our authors Carlos Collazos Fajardo and Gloria Nancy Blandón present an interesting theoretical proposal with a qualitative approach, which takes into account Grounded Theory, which is nourished by the experimental narratives provided by interest groups from the university community of the University of Quindío.
