Strategic tools: supporting the managerial decision making process

This article mentions the main tools proposed by some authors in the strategy field from the mid-twentieth century to nowadays and can be used to facilitate the corporate decision making process. The description of each tool is briefly presented in its structure and application and it ends with a short reflexive critique of some of its potential disadvantages.
