Abstract

The present article of reflection at the research level, advanced from a basically qualitative analysis in the understanding of the new realities that in the Andean region, the action of non-compliance must face in the harmonization of the current regime of a community fractured around the industrial property; especially at the time of the permanent tensions between the free trade agreements and their intellectual property chapters concluded by Peru and Colombia with the US, regulatory events that are the spring of Andean community law in accordance with Decisions 486 of 2000, 632 of 2006 and 689 of 2008.
