Abstract

As a cross-sectional investigation of the chapters that are presented in this compilation, the interest in responding to common questions about contemporary society and law in the world and in particular that of Colombia as a sounding board concerning the democratic order is manifested. participation and modernity. These concerns required the authors to propose some ideas as hypotheses about how the consequences of today, verified, have roots in the international historical references that somehow adapted or mutated in the local social phenomena in the present? These ideas were the beginning in each researcher to elaborate a qualitative methodological plan with meeting points under three main aspects: the observation or investigation of primary and secondary legal, historical and sociological sources located especially according to the variables that each one planned, to then in a second methodological instance, make a systematization of the compilations and finally make the respective analyses before starting the tasks, write the results and pertinent reflections exposed here. This book exposes the results of research and reflection of several authors whose topics have entered the debates of recent years that approach problems of law with the circumstances of the country's social fabric.
