Law is a product of a man in his conditions of a social being. e legal relations, cannot be understood in the positive norm, which might be stated by this sense that law does not have an own history, and its nature and history have to be investigated, studied and found as a whole of social relations and its historic development. It is possible to obtain a scientific knowledge about the former, to discover, to describe and to explain objective laws which rule their origin, their evolution and their nature, through the use of scientific methods, especially those used by social sciences, which legal sciences is part of. In the present research, it was used qualitative methods; furthermore primary sources were combined with secondary sources and also a documentary analysis was
undertaken.
