Abstract

In this 53rd issue, faithful to this tradition, we present nine articles resulting from research and reflection processes associated with projects developed at different Colombian universities. The works address issues ranging from total peace policy to innovative approaches such as the theory of “nudge” applied to administrative law. Although the topics may seem diverse, they share a common thread: to update and revitalize the field of socio-legal research in Colombia, contributing to the interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary dialogue of law and its relationship with topics of interest to the academic community.
