Desafíos para la adopción de SIG en el contexto de las Pymes en Colombia: un estudio sistemático/bibliométrico

Los Sistemas Integrados de Gestión (SIG) se reconocen en la actualidad como una herramienta significativa para impulsar el desarrollo de las pequeñas y medianas empresas (Pymes) en el contexto nacional e internacional. Por lo anterior, este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar con herramientas bibliométricas la literatura científica que se ha generado en los últimos años sobre los desafíos que enfrentan las Pymes para la adopción de los SIG. Bajo una metodología cuantitativa y con apoyo de la revisión documental sistemática se desarrolló un abordaje sobre las métricas que los investigadores más relevantes de esta área del conocimiento han compartido en los entornos académicos. Los resultados finales arrojan cifras importantes que permiten identificar los ejes clave para el desarrollo de estrategias en favor de los SIG dejando entrever que aspectos como la destinación de recursos, la capacitación de personal idóneo para las tareas de integración y la generación de alternativas accesibles para las Pymes, son las estrategias más pertinentes que se pueden incorporar en el territorio colombiano.
