Design as an empowering agent in socialization processes of public policies in Colombia, through the observatories

This article addresses the concept of design as an interdisciplinary element that seeks to be recognized as a vehicle of awareness for the socialization processes in the observatories that seek to generate an impact on a specific community.
The design seen as knowledge must be remembered from its formalization as a tool available to people who, in their manifestation (reification / function), go to the background to be recognized as a cognitive act that leads to significant instances in any field where it has been summoned.
The Observatory of Public Policies of Fiscal Control (OPPCF) of the Santo Tomás University presents a need to communicate correctly and meaningfully its investigations and writings on public policies for fiscal control in Colombia, for which it will reflect on authors and positions from the design that make possible the proposal of the design of a sensitization instrument for the socialization of the public policies of the (OPPCF) from the following premise: How does the design contribute to the construction of awareness in the socialization processes of the observatory in public policy of fiscal control?
