In relation to the rights of the worker in the civil framework, they can be in a situation of mother and father head of the family, in Fundamental Rights there are inequalities in the Colombian legislation against the minor, because it has been focused on a limited sector with respect to gender, privileging the female mother head of the family who enjoys special protection. The State has regulated these guarantees aimed at protecting the rights related to minors from newborns. In Colombia, for the working father who is the head of the family, the Political Constitution and the legal system that follows from it, such as jurisprudence, do not establish equitable protection.
