Causas de las desviaciones de los presupuestos en proyectos de construcción: Análisis bibliométrico

Proyectos de construcción generan impactos ambientales, sociales y económicos, la buena planificación permite menos fluctuaciones en los resultados esperados ayudando a la sostenibilidad de las organizaciones y a generar lecciones aprendidas de experiencias anteriores, el estudio tiene como propósito definir las causas principales de las desviaciones de los presupuestos, para lo cual se utilizó la metodología de revisión sistemática de literatura aplicando el paso a paso expuesto por Tranfield, Denyer & Smart (2003) y utilizando la herramienta de VantagePoint, obteniendo como resultado un análisis bibliométrico y la identificación factores, como errores en el costeo, el cambio frecuente del diseño, la falta de experiencia del contratista y la demora en la toma de decisiones del cliente, como las principales causas en las desviaciones en los presupuestos.
