FOCUS AND SCOPE
ENTRAMADO is an international, multidisciplinary scientific journal which, through the publication of original, unpublished (it has not been previously published -totally or partially, in another medium, magazine or book, physical or electronic-, relevant, high quality and anonymously refereed (double-blind review) articles, is aimed at academics (researchers), university teachers and students), members of government institutions and private entities who are interested in knowing the latest research in the Social Sciences (Psychology, Economics and Business, Educational Sciences, Sociology, Law, Political Science, Social and Economic Geography, Journalism and Communications); Humanities (Languages and Literature, Philosophy, Ethics, and Religion); Agricultural Sciences (Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Veterinary Sciences); Engineering and Technology and Medical and Health Sciences.
The primary objective of ENTRAMADO is to promote academic research and knowledge dissemination in the thematic areas covered by the journal. It is attached to global networks and communities that integrate universities, research centers, and different business sectors. It socializes with the international community through the platform OJS of ENTRAMADO, SIRES, and exchanges with libraries, unions, and universities.
The journal accepted for publication, research, reflection and review articles, resulting from completed scientific and technological research projects, in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. When submitting the article, the authors guarantee that another journal - physical or electronic, is not evaluating the manuscript - nor will it be submitted until the final concept of ENTRAMADO is obtained.
DOCUMENTS THAT ARE NOT PUBLISHED
ENTRAMADO does not accept for publication book reviews, institutional bulletins, proceedings of events or congresses, papers, bibliographies, translations, or documents already published in printed format, in repositories, on the web or in any digital media; opinion columns or similar, or summaries.
To preserve the inclusion of authors from different institutions and countries, the Journal:
- May include a maximum of 10% of articles authored by Researchers-Faculty-Students, associated with the Universidad Libre de Colombia.
- A maximum of 20% of authors/co-authors, Researchers-Teachers-Students, associated with the Universidad Libre de Colombia, will be accepted in an article.
- It will only publish one article by an author or co-author every two years, i.e. every four consecutive issues.
